The refinement of tyranny and control into a science is the dream to which the 21st century scientific dictator aspires. The study of human nature, psychology and biology aid him in his pursuit. Within the field of political science is a study called political ponerology, the study of evil applied to politics. Every time a society falls into the hands of a brutal dictator, nearly identical patterns can be observed. The scientific dictatorships of today and those that may come in the future will follow in the same vein. This is not by accident. Andrew M.
